  • Spring Water Tuna w/ Brown Rice Cakes

  • Peanut Butter Smoothie
  • Brown Rice Cake w/ Peanut Butter & Chopped Banana
  • 100g Greek Yogurt w/ Nuts and Seeds
  • A Handful of Strawberries & Blueberries w/ Small Handful of Mixed Nuts

For the sweet tooth (Yep thats me) these bliss balls are my go to for that sweet treat.

Cacao Walnut Bites

Serves 21

1 Cup Walnuts

1 ¼ cups of Fresh Dates

½ Cup Cacao Powder

2 tbsp Chia seeds

(can add peppermint essences for a choc mint treat)

Place ingredients into a food processor and blend until finely ground. Roll into balls and lightly roll in coconut or extra cacao powder. Place in fridge
