Move Athletica uses Australia Post to deliver physical goods both domestically and international.

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

Excluding shipping promotions

Domestically we offer local collect, flat rate and free shipping and internationally we offer a flat rate shipping. We ship via AusPost eParcel service.

 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA: Please allow 2-7 business days (some rural areas may exceed this timeframe) 

  • Orders over AUD $120 – FREE SHIPPING
  • Orders under AUD $120 – $10.00 AUD

NEW ZEALAND: Please allow 3-10 business days

  • All Orders  $20.00AUD

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS: allow 3-15 business days depending on your location

  • All Orders – $40AUD 

 

Please be aware that Move Athletica is not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both Australian and International orders.

We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted Victorian or National Public Holidays.

Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address, if you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Move Athletica  accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered and will not replace orders that have been sent to addresses that have been incorrectly provided by the customer.

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. Payments of these taxes/duties are necessary to release your order from customs. Please note we do not provide a refund on any goods returned to Move Athletica due to unpaid duties and taxes on the destination country, however we will provide a store credit.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Move Athletica. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable except for defective items.

Returns

Move Athletica does not offer refunds on change of mind returns, so please choose carefully. 

Move Athletica is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post. 

Domestic orders

Move Athletica will provide a store credit in the form of a gift voucher to the value of the goods returned excluding any shipping costs for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or colour ordered

Returns are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of order.  Items received or requests to return items outside of this period will NOT be accepted. We recommend that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product was received in the last 14 days
  • The product is in original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • All merchandise MUST be unwashed and unworn.
  • All original tags MUST still be attached to the merchandise.
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 International orders

Move Athletica do not offer returns on ALL international orders

 

EXCHANGES

We happily exchange sizes or styles if you don't find your perfect fit. Please notify us by email of your intent to exchange, and post the item(s) back to the below address.

Please include your original invoice or a note with your order number and contact details, along with your desired size/item.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality controlled and checked before being sent to customers. Any product that arrives in a faulty condition can be returned for either a refund or a store credit at your choice including shipping costs.

Once Move Athletica receives the item, it will undergo a routine quality review and we will contact you to advise on the appropriate procedure.

No refunds are issued unless items are deemed to have a manufacturing fault as in accordance with Consumer Affairs Victoria. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of 'wear and tear' are not considered to be faulty. In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. 

In the instance where a refund is granted all refunds will be processed via PayPal or Credit Card. Your refund will normally appear on your bank statement within 10 business days.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, other than in the event of them being faulty.  SALE items include: flash sales, one off sales, boxing day sales or any time an item is sold under the RRP price (so it being marked down) etc, or purchases made using a discount voucher / code. 

 

 

HOW TO RETURN:

Please don't send anything back until you have made contact with us and received your return confirmation email.

  1. Contact our the Move Athletica Team via info@moveathletica.com.au to obtain an R.A Number. Quote your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return, reason for return.
  2. Print out the return confirmation email we send you
  3. Post your return back to:

Once received, we will assess and process your credit note within 2 business days.  Please note that Move Athletica does not offer direct exchanges and you will need to purchase a new item with the credit note provided. Original postage is NON Refundable. 

Move Athletica cannot be held liable for any lost packages therefore we highly recommend

Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service and we highly recommend that you use registered mail for your return.  Move Athletica does not cover any postage costs associated returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
